

Step 1: Wash the Cranberries and pull out the shriveled ones. Step 2: Peel and grate the fresh ginger and prepare other ingredients. Step 3: Add all the ingredients to the pot and cook the cranberries until they start to pop (they really do pop!). Sorry, no finished product picture, it wasn't that interesting!I also made homemade buttermilk biscuits, and my new (for the last three years) Thanksgiving tradition: Carrot Cake!



We had lots of fun together, even though the world around us had no idea it was a holiday (our fellow classmates were in class at the time).




Can't wait til next year! Mmm! I'm getting hungry. Do you think it will be like this in Chad?
